Refund Policy
If you enroll in camp and your plans change, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:

June 8 (or earlier): Registrants who cancel on or prior to this date will receive a full refund (5% registration fee excluded).

June 9 - July 8: Full refunds are unavailable for registrants who cancel within a month of camp.

Exception: Registrants who sustain an injury that prevents them from participating fully in camp can apply for a partial refund within this time period, so long as a valid doctor's note is submitted. The partial refund will exclude the 5% registration fee and the cost of food.

Note: COVID and other sicknesses are not considered injuries and refunds will not be issued during this time period for registrants who become sick.
